Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What's the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. As soon as your item is shipped, we’ll send you a follow-up email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.
If you haven’t received your tracking information yet, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To start a return/reprint, please refer to the email received from customer@trackorder.site after the product has been delivered.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please provide a clear photo showing the issue through the return/refund form included in the email from customer@trackorder.site received after completed delivery.
